Order cancellations: Please contact me for order cancellations within 48 hours of purchase.

SHIPPING I ship worldwide and I ship by Canadapost. I try to package my items the best I can so they arrive safe and sound. There is no insurance or tracking numbers on small packages, but if there is one on a larger package I will give you all the tracking number once shipped. Tracked packages are in the upgraded shipping options when you purchase. I do combined shipping so you won't pay inflated costs for multiple items.

SHIPPING TIMES: Shipping times DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON CAN BE MUCH LONGER, & ARE NOT GUARANTEED BY ANY DATE.Even if you order by the recommended date I give, there is not guarantee it will arrive by a certain date.I cannot control delays. 

shipping times from ship day are as follows: Canada: 4-6 Business days on average United States: 7-11 Business days on average, Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand: 12-20 Business days on average Europe & Everywhere Else: 10-15 Business days on average You will be notified by email/message when your item ships :) I accept Paypal and direct Etsy checkout now(which you can use Etsy gift cards through). Upon purchase, payment needs to be made immediately. :) Thank you!

EU customers: Refunds/returns within 14 days of receiving product. No returns of custom orders of course.

Refunds are based on the situation and are only on the amount paid for the ITEM(S), and not the shipping costs as well. BREAKAGE IN TRANSIT: If your product breaks or has a sever defect I'll refund you the item cost with photos given within 5 days of you receiving the item(within 30 days of purchase). LOST ITEMS: Actual lost items are extremely rare. Your item will 99% likely get to you, it is likely just delayed. I cannot control shipping times and I cannot refund just because it didn't get to you by a certain you wanted it by. If your product doesn't arrive at all due to shipping error from the post office I will refund you after 30 days for Canada and the United States, and 40 days for International. After this time I can refund the amount you paid for the item(no shipping costs) or reship you your item(s) as well if this happens if it's not a OOAK item. DIDN'T LIKE: If you are very unsatisfied with your item when you receive it I can take returns. You will just have to pay for the shipping back to me and once it arrives I will refund you the amount you paid for the time (no shipping costs). Please notify me of a return and please only put a value of $15 maximum on your return package and mark it a return so that it does not incur any customs coming back to me. If I make a mistake I will gladly do everything I can to correct it. I want you to be happy with your handmade purchase :)
